Veil orders are typically processed within 60 business days, as each veil is fully handmade and crafted by our skilled designer and atelier team.
Custom orders or items requiring additional processing time will be communicated to you promptly.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.
The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalised.

International Customs and Duties:
International customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
Please be aware of your country's import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather, or other external factors may cause delays.
